Who is responsible

Lookframe is operated by Gabriel Gajdoš, who is the data controller for the platform. For anything in this policy, write to hello@lookframe.studio. For the content of a specific shoot, the photographer who uploaded it is responsible for having the right to do so.

02

What we store

Account data: your email, name, and Instagram handle if you give one. Content: photos uploaded by photographers or models — these usually show identifiable people. Activity needed for the product to work: your swipe and photo-pick choices, notes you attach, and basic technical logs. Nothing more — there is no advertising profile and no third-party analytics.

03

Where it lives

Lookframe runs on Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email — sign-in links and notifications), and Google (optional sign-in only; we receive your verified email and name, never your password). These providers process data on our behalf under their own GDPR commitments.

04

Why we use it

Solely to run the product: showing your shoots to the right people, composing decks and moodboards, delivering photos, sending you sign-in links and shoot notifications. We do not sell data, run ads, or use your photos to train AI models.

05

Cookies

A session cookie to keep you signed in, and a local preference for light/dark theme. No tracking cookies.

06

If you're a model

Photos of you in a shoot are uploaded by your photographer, who is responsible for having your permission. Your shoot pages are reachable only by secret link until you choose to publish a profile. If you want photos of you removed from Lookframe, ask your photographer — or email us directly and we will handle it.

07

Retention and deletion

Content stays as long as the account or shoot it belongs to exists. Deleting a photo, shoot, or account removes the stored files as well. You can request deletion of everything we hold about you at any time.

08

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@lookframe.studio — we respond to every request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

09

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged when you next sign in.
