Terms of Service

Lookframe is a working tool for photographers and the people they shoot: shoot intake, moodboards, photo selection, delivery, portfolios, and model profiles. It is operated by Gabriel Gajdoš (“Lookframe”, “we”). By creating an account or using a shoot link, you agree to these terms.

Photographer accounts are invite-only. Model accounts are optional and free — shoot links work without one. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Photographers keep all rights to the photos they upload. Models keep all rights to photos they upload to their own profile. By uploading, you grant Lookframe only the technical licence needed to store, resize, and display your content to the people you choose to share it with. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

You may only upload content you have the rights to use. For photos of recognizable people, you confirm you have the necessary releases or permissions, and that everyone depicted is at least 18 years old. No unlawful content of any kind. You re-affirm this with every upload; responsibility for uploaded content sits with the uploader, not with Lookframe as host.

Shoot links are secret URLs — anyone holding the link can view that shoot’s model-facing pages. You control who receives them. Delivered photos are for the model’s use as agreed between her and the photographer; Lookframe does not arbitrate usage agreements between you.

To report content that infringes your rights or is unlawful — including copyright claims and photos of you published without permission — email hello@lookframe.studio. Include a link to the content, who you are, and the basis of the complaint. We review promptly, remove content that violates these terms or the law, and may suspend repeat infringers.

You can stop using Lookframe and request deletion of your account and content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms; your content remains yours either way.

Lookframe is an early-stage service provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own originals — Lookframe is not an archival backup. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged when you next sign in. These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia and the European Union.
